Unfortunately, once the payment is confirmed, NO changes or cancellations can be done to your order.

CAN THE ORDER(S) BE SHIPPED TO MY COUNTRY?
Some countries have restrictions on what can be imported into the country. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that their country's import laws allow our products and its ingredients.
I RECEIVED AN OUT OF STOCK EMAIL! WHAT DO I DO?
Your order has been confirmed but you received an 'Out of Stock' email? We truly apologize for that as it could indeed happen!

If your item happens to be the last piece that fails our strict checks before shipping out, we will notify you through email about the cancellation and refund the money back to you.

At this point in time, we are not able to replenish our stocks as quickly as we like to, so please do grab them when it's available!

WHAT SKIN TYPES ARE SOLYPH SUITABLE FOR? 

SOLYPH is suitable for all skin types!

All products are made from natural active ingredients that are gentle and effective for all skin types.

We partner with a trusted Natural Science Laboratory in South Korea, where all formulas are crafted and dermatologically tested to be suitable for even sensitive and acne-prone skin.

ARE SOLYPH'S PRODUCTS NON-COMEDOGENIC? 

Yes, use SOLYPH with ease as all products are non-comedogenic!

Our line up is crafted from all natural ingredients and have undergone strict clinical testing to ensure that they don’t cause clogged pores, irritations or breakouts.

CAN I USE SOLYPH IF I'M PREGNANT? 

Yes! Our natural formulations are safe for both mummy and baby during pregnancy.

If you have any concerns, be sure to consult your doctor before use.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM ALLERGIC TO CERTAIN PRODUCTS? 

You may use an allergy patch test to find out if you are allergic to a product:

1. Pick a dry and clean area of skin (on your arm or leg) to test on.

2. Apply a small amount of product and cover it with a plaster.

3. Leave the patch test on for 24 hours without getting it wet.

4. If you feel any irritation or reaction such as redness, burning, or itch, remove the bandage immediately and wash area with soap and water.

5. If there is no reaction, you can safely use the product.

WHICH SOLYPH PRODUCTS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR DRY SKIN? 

It's all about hydration when it comes to relieving dry skin and here's where our Time out refresh essence, Level up higher serum, and Ready set glow moisturizer come to the rescue. Layer up this trio, starting with a few spritz of our essence mist, followed by a pump of serum and finally a generous layer or moisturizer at night time to wake up to supple skin.

WHICH SOLYPH PRODUCTS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR OILY SKIN? 

The key to oily skin is not to skip moisturizer but to find the right balance with hydration. Try our Forest bathing essence mist, a lightweight formula that controls sebum, and oil secretion while still keeping your skin hydrated and refreshed. Also be careful not to over cleanse, but opt for gentle cleansers like our Take off smooth cleanser that is ideal for removing excess oil and sebum without stripping your skin of its natural lipid barrier.

WHICH SOLYPH PRODUCTS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR OILY SKIN ACNE PRONE SKIN? 

An important tip for improving acne prone skin is to hydrate the skin without further clogging pores. It's essential to pick a non-comedogenic, oil-free moisturizer and to avoid heavy creams. We recommend our Level up higher serum and Time out refresh essence, extremely lightweight formulas that penetrate the skin quickly to soothe and hydrate.

WHICH SOLYPH PRODUCTS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR SENSITIVE SKIN? 

Sensitive skin require the tender loving care of gentle formulas. Try our Take off smooth cleanser and Face the wild suncream - a power couple that soothe and calm the skin, as well as protect from environmental pollution.

WHICH SOLYPH PRODUCTS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR TEENAGE SKIN? 

Hormonal changes can cause irritated and temperamental skin. Take control with our Level up higher serum and Time out refresh essence that work to soothe and repair the skin.

Feel a slight tingling? That’s the antioxidants and antimicrobials working hard to prevent the spread of bacteria and to heal inflamed skin.

WHICH SOLYPH PRODUCTS ARE RECOMMENDED MATURE SKIN? 

The skin starts showing signs of aging through wrinkles and fine lines. Try our Level up higher serum, Ready set glow moisturiser and Keep calm meditate sheet masks to boost skin regeneration for more plump and lifted skin.

WHY IS THERE A TINGLING SENSATION WHEN USING SOLYPH'S PRODUCTS? 

Our base water, extracted from organic Pine Leaves, is high in antimicrobial properties that may cause a slight tingling sensation that will go away after a short while.

If the tingling sensation persists and/or redness is observed, do consult your dermatologist.

We don’t like nasties, hate them.
Instead of using nasties to formulate our products, we find alternatives so that you can have a peace of mind when perfecting that glowing skin.

DO SOLYPH'S PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY KIND OF PRESERVATIVES? 

Instead of parabens, we use 1,2-hexanediol, a friendly and kind ingredient that also works as an antimicrobial, moisturizing agent on the skin. It is a safe and non-sensitizing ingredient that has been rated 1/10 EWG Skin Deep database, making it safer than other harsh preservatives.

ARE THERE ANY SAMPLES?

We do not provide samples for our current collection.

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NON-COMEDOGENIC?

We can safely say that, yes we are non-comedogenic!

Our ingredients and products are derived naturally, all from nature, and have undergone strict clinical testing to ensure that the products don’t cause any clogged pores, irritations or breakouts.

IS SOLYPH'S PACKAGING ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

Our outer packagings in paper and the delivery box are all non-coated to be recycled, but unfortunately, we found that all plastic packagings in the current market are hardly recyclable due to high cleaning costs and chemical pollution by burning them.

We will constantly look out for better sustainable options, and will be one of the leaders to adopt the most environmentally friendly packagings!

DOES SOLYPH TEST ON ANIMALS?

No! Animals are friends and we would never ever hurt them!

 

IS THE FRAGRANCE IN THE PRODUCTS NATURAL?

We, at SOLYPH, can proudly say that No! We don’t use artificial fragrances.

The subtle and authentic scent in our products is 100% naturally drawn from our main ingredient, pine leaf. With our artisanship, we extracted the natural scent of the pine leaf in a separate process to deliver the wholesome natural aroma.

 

ARE SOLYPH'S PRODUCTS VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE?

Our products are all vegan and gluten-free! 

However, due to an ingredient that we used as a natural emulsifier called 'Beeswax', we are not 100% vegan-friendly. But we are working on finding vegan options, so please stay tuned to our products!

We are a private company based in Singapore, partnered with a manufacturer in Korea for our products. We work together to develop the best products to deliver the best value for you.

The expiry dates are always printed on the products! However, if you need to know:

Products are best used within:
3 years from manufactured date.

NANOPARTICLES?

Nanoparticles are useful and effective when formulating physical sunscreens. Thanks to the fine texture, the formula can be applied easily and smoothly on the skin but it could also have side effects.

SOLYPH’s physical sunscreen is formulated by the most innovative technology to make the particles in between nano and non-nano so that the sunscreen can sit on the skin safely and effectively.
