Refund policy

SOLYPH.com is committed to providing you with quality products that meet your skincare needs. However, if you wish to request a refund or exchange for any purchased product if you experience skin sensitivities or if the product does not meet your reasonable expectations, please do so within 14 days upon receiving the product(s), in addition, with proof of skin sensitivities in order for us to assist in refunds or product replacement. 

Where a Product is defective, not of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, you may return the Product for an exchange or a refund of the amount paid for the Product without interest at the absolute discretion of SOLYPH.com, subject to the applicable law. Products must be returned with any free gift(s) and/or gift card(s) given with respect to the returned Product.

SOLYPH.com will not bear any shipping or postal charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise. SOLYPH.com may at its sole discretion reimburse any costs of return of defective Products incurred by you, provided that you submit to SOLYPH.com proof of such costs incurred.

You are required to contact SOLYPH.com at hello@solyph.com prior to any local or international returns and we will assist with the return process of providing the address and extra information. All refunds will be credited without interest into the same credit card that was used for the Order. If you obtain refund for any Products for which rebates have been credited, corresponding number of rebates for the Products returned will be deducted from your account.

Please note that it takes approximately 21 days for a credit return to your card to be effective. Please contact SOLYPH at hello@solyph.com if you have any queries about returns or exchanges. We will be happy to attend to you.
